Penelope Antonelli-Flegel, who started at DIS in 2000, became the owner of the company in February of 2020. She built her career on making Digital Imaging Solutions a success.
Antonelli specializes in finding solutions that fit her customers’ needs, from one-person shops to corporate offices. She knows what machines will work for the customer, in both functionality and price.
Antonelli built relationships with DIS customers over 20 years, serving initially as quality control consultant. She stayed on and eventually became the company’s Chief Financial Officer for much of her tenure.
Antonelli, who has roots in the Spokane area back to elementary school, is married and has two grown daughters and one stepson. She has three grandchildren.
Jennifer Lenz grew up at DIS as the daughter of founding owner Mark Lenz. She rejoined the staff full-time in December of 2018. She currently serves as the Director of Sales.
Jennifer provides DIS a friendly and outgoing point-of-contact with customers. She goes out of her way to meet the customers’ needs.
Jennifer previously worked for SalesForce in Bellevue, Washington. She liaised between employees, vendors and events for workplace services.
Jennifer grew up in the Spokane area and attended Lewis & Clark HS, Spokane Falls CC and graduated from the University of Idaho.
Richard Patrick, who serves as Sales Manager for DIS, started with the company in December of 2019. Rich brings more than 25 years of experience with Sharp products to DIS and more than 40 years in the business equipment industry.
Rich recently moved to the area after retiring as the owner of Alpine Business Equipment in Mt. Shasta, California. He owned ABE, a company very similar to DIS, for 15 years.
Rich grew up in Yreka, California. He attended college in Oregon and lived in Southern Oregon for 23 years.
He and his wife Nancy live in North Idaho. They have six children and 12 grandchildren and counting.
J’na Numbers started with DIS in June of 2019. J’na handles all billing questions and responds to customers’ service and supply needs.
Prior to starting at DIS, J’na was a parent-child educator for Eastern Washington University, providing parental support for the community for three years in Northeastern Washington.
J’na grew up in the Spokane area and has three children.
